What is Entomology?

Forensic Entomology is the application and study of insects and other arthropods. Is primarily used in murder investigations as a way to answer questions about the body.   It can also help detect drugs and poisons, determine location, length or period of neglect, as well as the presence and time of the infliction of the wounds.   There are three different kinds of entomology: stored-product, urban, and medico legal and crime.
